House Rules – Villa Stay Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: Before 11:00 AM Community & Quiet Rules The villa is located inside the gated community of Tamarán Residencial, which has strict rules to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors (rooftop, pools, and terraces). No loud music outdoors after 9:00 PM. No parties or events without prior authorization. Vehicles Racing, revving engines, ATVs, or noisy vehicles are not allowed inside the gated community. Please drive slowly and respectfully within the neighborhood. Occupancy Maximum 8 guests allowed overnight (ideal 6 adults, 2 kids) Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. General Care of the Villa Please take care of the property and furnishings as if they were your own. Do not move indoor furniture outdoors. Turn off air conditioning, lights, and grills when not in use. Safety Use the pools and rooftop areas responsibly. Children must always be supervised. Use BBQ grills carefully and make sure they are completely turned off after use. Respect for Neighbors This is a residential community. Please be respectful of neighbors and shared spaces at all times. Failure to follow community rules may result in warnings from security or possible fines from the homeowners association.

Cancellation policy

Guests may cancel up to 14 days before check-in and receive a full refund. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of check-in, the first night is non-refundable. The remaining nights will be refunded 50%. No refund for no-shows or cancellations made after check-in. Refunds do not include processing or service fees charged by payment platforms.
